Note to all tenants: Please put your street name in the lower left hand corner of the envelope when you send us your rent monthly, especially if you use our return addressed envelopes we provided for you upon move-in. We have had a couple of instances of receiving the envelope opened and empty. Since there was no indication on the envelope of who sent it, we were unable to contact anyone to notify them of the problem. Thanks for your help!

As a special service to our tenants, we are offering the ability to pay on-line via credit card or bank account through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service. However, you will need to ADD AN ADDITIONAL $25 to your total payment for the rent to be considered paid in full. For example, if your rent is $1,000 and your tax is $18, you will need to pay a total of $1,043. The extra $25 is a handling fee.
